Discovering the real foundation that unites humanity without erasing distinctions.
The modern spiritual marketplace is saturated with gurus and new age philosophers proclaiming that “we are all one,” yet they rarely offer a mechanism for this unity beyond vague sentimentality or pantheistic blurriness. This fluffy assertion dissolves under scrutiny because it ignores the fundamental architecture of reality. We are indeed connected, but this connection operates through one of two distinct frameworks: either we are unified through the objective, unmovable foundation of the Logos, or we are bound together by the shifting sands of consensus reality. The former is a vertical alignment with the Creator that allows for horizontal harmony; the latter is a horizontal power struggle where truth is democratized or dictated by the strongest will.
To understand true unity, we must look to the Logos—the divine reason and order implicit in the cosmos, personified in Jesus Christ. The proper order of causality in a healthy civilization is logos leading to ethos, which then produces pathos. Truth exists independently of human opinion; it is the first cause. From this objective bedrock, character and authority (ethos) are built, and from that stable character flows appropriate emotional response and cultural expression (pathos). When this hierarchy is maintained, families, tribes, and nations can stand firm in their unique identities, flourishing side by side without the need to dominate one another, because they all reference the same objective, and therefore universal, standard of truth.
However, the world system has inverted this order, placing ethos before logos. In this inverted reality, truth is not discovered; it is manufactured by consensus. Authority figures, “experts,” and the mob determine what is real, and logic is bent to serve the character or reputation of the ruling class. This creates a “consensus logic” and “consensus science” where reality is defined by agreement rather than correspondence to the divine order. When ethos precedes logos, morality becomes fluid, shifting with the whims of the majority or the dictates of the elite. This is the root of the “survival of the fittest” sandbox reality, where competing consensus realities fight for dominance until one subjugates the others, or a delicate balance is found between them.
This struggle for dominance is evident in the geopolitical landscape. The push for a “new world order” is essentially an attempt to impose a singular consensus reality upon the globe. Whether this manifests as a draconian unipolar hegemony or the currently fashionable “multi-polar” world order, the underlying mechanic is the same: it is unity achieved through human power rather than divine submission. The “elite” families of the earth, often operating as the “god of this world,” attempt to mimic the divine order—”as above, so below”—but without the cornerstone of the Logos. They seek to create a multi-polar kingdom on earth that mirrors their own internal balance of power, rather than the Kingdom of Heaven.
Carl Jung noted that we project onto others what we refuse to see in ourselves, a psychological reality that Christ addressed when He commanded us to remove the beam from our own eye before attending to the speck in our brother’s. When a society lacks the objective standard of the Logos, it projects its internal chaos outward. The consensus reality becomes a hall of mirrors where collective shadows are fought in the external world. Because there is no objective arbiter—no Logos to judge the heart—conflict becomes the only way to resolve differences. This is why a consensus-based world is inherently violent; without a transcendent standard, “might makes right” is the only remaining law.
In contrast, a Logocentric reality validates and upholds distinctions. God created the nations, appointing their times and the boundaries of their dwelling places. True oneness does not require the erasure of these boundaries; rather, it sanctifies them. Just as a body has many members with different functions yet remains one body, humanity is comprised of distinct nations and families that are meant to retain their unique “flavor.” A Japanese consensus, a German consensus, and an American consensus can coexist harmoniously only if they are all built upon the same unmovable foundation of the Logos. Under this model, nations do not need to submit their best interests to a global collective; they serve the whole by being fully and authentically themselves under God.
The current globalist project is a counterfeit of this divine harmony. It seeks to blend all distinctions into a gray, consumerist slurry, claiming that removing national boundaries creates peace. But this is the peace of the graveyard. By removing the ancient landmarks and denying the natural order of nations and families, they create a vacuum that is filled by the most aggressive consensus. This is why the inverted order of ethos over logos inevitably leads to tyranny. If truth is socially constructed, then the architects of society are gods. They determine reality, and any dissent is not just a disagreement but a heresy against the manufactured consensus.
This brings us to the ultimate divergence in human destiny. We are all one, yes, but in which container? Are we one in the “consensus hive mind,” a collective consciousness devoid of moral absolutes, steered by technocrats and oligarchs? This is a unity of coercion, a tower of Babel where man attempts to reach heaven by his own definition. Or are we one in the Logos, distinct individuals and nations voluntarily submitting to the King of Kings? This is a unity of free men, bound by a shared purpose in their love for the truth, where the specific and the local are honored as expressions of the divine creative genius.
The path of consensus is a closed system, a “zero-sum” game where resources, power, and status are scarce and must be fought over. It operates on the reversal of the burden of proof, where the innocent must prove they are not guilty of violating the ever-changing social contract. It is a world of anxiety, manipulation, and perpetual power struggles. It is the wide path that leads to destruction, characterized by the desperate attempt to secure one’s own existence through the approval of the herd.
The path of the Logos is the narrow way. It requires the humility to acknowledge that we did not create reality and we do not define truth. It demands that we align our ethos and our pathos with the objective order established by God. In this reality, there is no need to conquer our neighbor to feel secure, for our security comes from an unmoved mover who exists outside of the system. Here, we find the only oneness worth having: the communion of saints, the harmony of distinct nations, and the peace that passes all understanding, grounded not in the shifting opinions of men, but in the eternal Logos/Word of God.

THE UNITY PROCESS: I’ve created an integrative methodology called the Unity Process, which combines the philosophy of Natural Law, the Trivium Method, Socratic Questioning, Jungian shadow work, and Meridian Tapping—into an easy to use system that allows people to process their emotional upsets, work through trauma, correct poor thinking, discover meaning, set healthy boundaries, refine their viewpoints, and to achieve a positive focus. Read my philosophical treatise, “The Logocentric Christian”, to learn more about how Greek philosophy, the law of identity, the law of non-contradiction, the law of reason, and Jesus of Nazareth all connect together.
