To subscribe to the monthly group, follow the instructions below. For two one hour long group sessions a month, enter in $25 USD ($33 AUD), and for two one hour long group sessions a month and an hour long individual session a month, enter in $100 USD ($132 AUD) in the payment field.
On the top right corner of this page, find the “Donate” button, and click it.
Click the check box that states “Make this a monthly donation”, enter in the amount, and then select how you wish to pay, with either a credit/debit card, or via your PayPal account.
