The Logical Fallacies Used Against Anybody Who Dares Speak Up Against Identity Politics

I wrote this based on reflecting on the way a bunch of ideologues are defending themselves and Disney Star Wars with logical fallacies, and also attacking others for standing in the truth, with even more logical fallacies. The word “fallacy” comes from the Latin root “fallere”, which means “to deceive”, therefore a logical fallacy is a logical deception/lie; when somebody has poor logic, they are lying first to themselves, and also to others, for the reasons mentioned below. Jesus, also known as the Cosmic/Divine Logos, is the embodiment of Divine logic / reason / understanding, and therefore of truth; which is why we need “Jesus (understanding) in our heart” to get to heaven (wisdom/truth).

People lie to themselves and others due to the emotional attachments they have to the benefits they receive from believing the lie, sometimes called the “payoff” or “hook”, and they perceive that it is more beneficial for them and their self-interests to not only believe the lie, but to repeat and defend the lie, so that they can keep securing whatever payoff they are receiving from it—but also, they repeat and defend the lie to convince themselves that it is true. Liars are so vocal about lies, and in fact double down with their actions on the lies they tell, because deep down they know they’re wrong, and rather than hate themselves for being wrong, they project their self-hate onto others, because hating another is easier than hating oneself.

At the heart of the discussion is a new Star Wars game by Ubisoft where the “strong female lead” says the following cringe worthy line used by feminists and propagandists in all forms of media the past several years, “I’ve been held back my whole my life”. It’s cringe worthy because it is antithetical to the Hero’s Journey that George Lucas embedded into the original Star Wars trilogy (OT), as it clearly reveals an external locus of identity and a victim mindset that prevents people from actually engaging in the Hero’s Journey in their personal lives.

“Locus of control is the degree to which people believe that they, as opposed to external forces (beyond their influence), have control over the outcome of events in their lives.” ~Wikipedia

External locus of control = external forces beyond my influence control the outcomes in my life. Internal locus of control = I influence/control the outcomes in my life.

For anybody wondering the tactics being used by Lucasfilm and their shills writing clickbait articles attacking fans in a divisive manner (such is found in the following clickbait article First ever Star Wars open world game reveal has left ‘fans’ fuming), or any other cancel culture provocateurs, here are the logical fallacies typically at play:

Ad hominem, because they attack the people and their inner character “in an attempt to undermine their arguments”.

“Ad hominem is a rhetorical strategy where the speaker attacks the character, motive, or attribute of the person making an argument instead of attacking the substance of the argument itself. This type of fallacy is also known as name calling or personal attack fallacy. It occurs when someone attacks the person or some aspect of the person who is making the argument instead of addressing their argument or position. Ad hominem is a logical fallacy where the speaker attacks their opponent’s character or personal traits in an attempt to undermine their argument.” ~Brave AI

Nutpicking fallacy, because they pick a few nuts, heck they may even have fake shill accounts where they ARE the nuts, and then they make sweeping generalizations about all people based upon the few manufactured or real nuts they find:

“Nutpicking is a logical fallacy that involves presenting an atypical or weak member of a group as if they are a typical or strong representative. It is most commonly used in political debates as a method of invoking a false equivalence or tu quoque, where one side sifts through the blogs of people “on the other side” to hold up a nutty comment to say “You guys do it too!” Nutpicking is similar to the straw man fallacy, which is the informal fallacy of refuting an argument different from the one actually under discussion, while not recognizing or acknowledging the distinction.” ~Brave AI

Black and white fallacy / false dilemma fallacy, because they create an either/or of 100% for me or you’re a *insert character assassinating ad hominem here*.

“A false dilemma is a logical fallacy that presents only two options or sides when there are many options or sides. It is an informal fallacy based on a premise that erroneously limits what options are available. The source of the fallacy lies not in an invalid form of inference but in a false premise that asserts that one among a number of alternatives must be true. False dilemmas are usually characterized by “either this or that” language, but can also be characterized by omissions of choices. […] It is a common type of error in various types of debates and discussions, from politics and media to our everyday conversations.” ~Brave AI

Of course, this is all intentional on Disney’s part, since they are a part of the ideological machine that sees itself at war with Western culture and the liberty, meaning, and purpose (Logos) that it represents. One of their preferred tactics is ridicule, which they have turned into an art form.

“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.” ~Saul Alinsky, “Rules for Radicals”

The YouTube content creator Thor Skywalker brings up an interesting point in the following video, where he mentions that Disney asserted, via Kathleen Kennedy at Lucasfilm, that they wanted a female lead for the sequel trilogy because women couldn’t relate to Luke Skywalker because he was a male. However, whenever men ask for a female lead, or when a “strong woman character” (AKA, a Mary Sue who’s perfect at everything and doesn’t need the Hero’s Journey) is presented, anybody who disagrees with how she is written is automatically labeled a misogynist who hates all women because of the flaws they find in the writing of these particular female characters.

Disney: “We need a female lead so that girls can relate to them.”

Also Disney: “Any male who wants a male lead so that they can relate to them is obviously a misogynist and hates all women.”

This is definitely a DOUBLE STANDARD, and by design, due to Disney wanting to spread divisiveness through pitting men against women, and by pitting George Lucas Star Wars fans vs Disney’s new Star Wars fans.

As I’ve mentioned earlier in the article, as well as the article Identicide: Hollywood’s Attack on Western Identity, Disney is a multinational corporation that is involved in the ideological subversion of Western culture, and performing identicide, which is often a precursor to genocide.

Identicide is the deliberate, systematic and targeted destruction of the places, symbols, objects, including ideas, values and aesthetica, and other cultural property that represent the identity of a people, with the intent to erase the cultural narrative and memory of that people, demoralize a population, absorb it into another cultural/political verity, or to rid an area of that people altogether. ~Wikipedia

Ideological Subversion:

“Only about 15% of time, money, and manpower [of the KGB] is spent on espionage and such. The other 85% is a slow process which we call either ideological subversion or active measures [meaning] psychological warfare… What it basically means is to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that, despite the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.” ~Yuri Bezmenov, former KGB agent

Additionally, Star Wars and all other profound Western literature, icons, and symbols (such as Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Dr Who, the Bible, etc.) will not only be modified, they’ll be completely inverted to support the agendas of those who seek to control society.

“By 2050 earlier, probably—all real knowledge of Oldspeak will have disappeared. The whole literature of the past will have been destroyed. Chaucer, Shakespeare, Milton, Byron—they’ll exist only in Newspeak versions, not merely changed into something different, but actually changed into something contradictory of what they used to be.” ~Syme to Winston. 1984 by George Orwell.

Thanks Nathan. I think the locus of control is hugely relevant in our times. Am I living my life, or is ‘life happening to me’. Most people are extremely passive spectators of life, and unaware that they can also be creators.

    Keep up the good posts!

    Neil.

Thank you for the supportive comment Neil, and I definitely agree that locus of control is hugely relevant to what’s occurring in our world today… too many spectators and not enough creators! Be well my friend.
